Stacey's journey began in 2023 during a hectic period in her life, where she sought solace and balance. This exploration ignited a profound passion for yoga, revealing it as her true calling. After completing her teacher training in Rishikesh, India, Stacey became an internationally recognized instructor, leading transformative yoga teacher training programs and fostering an inclusive community at 3 Yoga.

Our approach emphasizes three main objectives: creating space in the body, boosting confidence, and building strength. We aim to debunk the myth that yoga is only for the flexible, embracing its holistic benefits for mental and emotional well-being.

Stacey opened her first yoga studio in North Mayenne in April 2024, focusing exclusively on her 3 Yoga method and offering guest accommodations for upcoming teacher training programs and retreats, fostering a nurturing space for personal growth and connection. At 3 Yoga, we proudly collaborate with the Rishikesh Traditional Yoga School in Rishikesh, India, an esteemed institution that holds a special place in Stacey's heart, as it is where she first discovered the transformative power of yoga. The school has integrated the 3 Yoga method into its teaching curriculum and is the only authorized yoga school in India certified to teach this unique approach. Stacey has nurtured strong relationships with her teachers there, further enriching our community and our commitment to authentic yoga practices.
